Scott was licensed in early 1992 and hit the ground running, being named Century 21 Targets "Newcomer of the Year" and growing to be the number one Century 21 agent in Fort Lauderdale for five consecutive years. Scott was a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale's Grievance Committee for four years before becoming the Chairman, and has since served on the Professional Standards Committee for three years. Scott also teaches Ethics for the Board of Realtors. He has obtained the distinction of being name part of the "Realtor Honor Society" 2002, 2003, 2004 for his commitments on the local, state and national level.
